iWYZE VAX AND WIN COMPETITION

By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the iWYZE Vax and Win Competition. The Competition is run by iWYZE, their staff, directors, affiliated companies and third party service providers (collectively, the “Organisers”). Part A – Competition Prizes

1.1 The prizes for the iWYZE Vax and Win Competition are one (1) x R20 ,000 weekly prize, as well as two

(2) x R5,000 weekly prizes for the duration of the competition period which is 15 September 2021 to 22 November 2021.

1.2 Customers will receive their prize in cash.

2. Part B - Eligibility Requirements

2.1 In "order" to participate in this competition, you confirm that:

2.1.1 You are 18 (eighteen) years of age or older as at 15 September 2021.

2.1.2 You are an iWYZE customer with an existing and active policy.

2.1.3 Your vaccination status is verifiable against the official South African government vaccination database.

2.1.4 You have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccination by the closing date of the competition which is 17 December 2021.

2.2 You only need to submit one competition entry for the duration of the competition. We will discard multiple entries by the same customer.

2.3 Only entries submitted between 15 September 2021 and 22 November 2021 will be eligible.

2.4 The organisers, their directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by them or any supplier of goods and services in connection with iWYZE and their spouses, life partners, parents, children, siblings, business partners or associates are not eligible to participate in this competition.

3. Part C - Competition Mechanics

3.1 Customers will receive an SMS or email sent to them by iWYZE which includes a link to the competition. To enter the competition customers must click on the link and following the competition menu prompts. Customers will be required to supply their ID number and their consent for us to verify their vaccination status.

3.2 Competition opens at 08h00 on 15 September 2021 and closes 23h59 on 22 November 2021.

3.3 Winners will be selected by a random lucky draw process each week.

3.4 Draws will be take place each week on a Monday from 20th September 2021 to the end of the competition period with the final draw taking place on Monday 22nd November 2021.

3.5 Winners will be contacted by an iWYZE representative via their cellphone number and informed of their prize. Customers will also receive written confirmation of their prize selection.

3.6 Should the customer not respond to the telephone call, further communication will be made via SMS or email as per the contact details on record. Should the customer not be successfully contacted during one calendar month from the date of the draw, the customer will forfeit their prize, and a redraw will be initiated.

3.7 Customers will be required to supply proof of their banking details for payment of the cash prize to be made. Banking details will be verified before the payment is made.

3.8 iWYZE requires a maximum period of 14 days from the customer supplying proof of banking details to pay out the cash prize.

4. Part D – Data Privacy and Consent

4.1 You consent to iWYZE processing your personal information (including but not limited to your full name(s) and surname, identity/passport number, age, physical residential address, telephone numbers, photo, vaccination details, etc) for purposes of marketing this competition in association with the Old Mutual iWYZE brand.

4.2 You consent that Old Mutual iWYZE may use your:

4.2.1 ID number to obtain and/ or verify your vaccination details from the official government vaccination data base or any other official source;

4.2.2 Vaccination details to assess iWYZE’s risk exposure to adverse COVID outcomes and for purposes of premium reviews.

4.2.3 Name, surname and winning amount on social media, should your name be drawn for one of the weekly prizes.

5. Part E - General

5.1 The judges’ decision is final. No deliberations may be entered into and no decisions may be taken on review.

5.2 The organisers will not be responsible, and disclaim any and all liability, for any loss, liability, injury, expense or damage (including direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential loss) of any nature, whether arising from negligence or any other cause, which is suffered by any participant or any other third party as a result of his/her participation in this competition and/or by any action taken by the organisers or any of its affiliates in accordance with these terms and conditions.

5.3 The organisers reserve the right to vary, postpone, suspend, or cancel this competition or any aspect thereof, without notice, at any time, for any reason which the organisers deem necessary, in their sole determination. In the event of such variation, postponement, suspension or cancellation, each participant agrees to waive any rights, interests and expectations that he/she may have in terms of this competition and acknowledge that he/she will have no recourse against the organisers.

5.4 The organisers reserve the right to disqualify any participant should the above-mentioned warranties not be complied with and/or if any other provision in the terms and conditions are not complied with.

5.5 These terms and conditions are governed by South African law and the South African courts shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction in respect of all matters (including disputes) arising from these terms and conditions.

5.6 If any of these terms and conditions are not adhered to, your entry will be considered incomplete and will be regarded as null and void.
